Connecting and Empowering Your Community
Located in Prospect Park in Glen Eden, GECH is a vibrant hub designed to support and connect our community.
Our mission is to serve as a welcoming resource and information centre. GECH is a place where learning, social interaction, and knowledge sharing thrive.
We foster creativity and engagement through arts, crafts, hobbies, and leisure activities. Additionally, we offer a variety of educational programs, including fitness classes and special-interest groups.
Our spaces are available for hire by community groups and individuals, providing a home for small-to-medium-sized gatherings and activities.
Working alongside other organisations, we aim to empower neighbourhoods, strengthen connections, and nurture self-sufficiency in our community.
Beyond our programmes, we cultivate meaningful partnerships and champion community development through place-based initiatives.
Together, we create something truly special—a collaborative space where people can learn, grow, and belong.
